At Fivora™, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused  
- The item must be in its original packaging  
- The item must be in the same condition as received

Due to hygiene reasons, certain beauty and self-care products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.
